Highland Wildlife Park 2008-2013

The Highland Wildlife Park, near Kincraig in the Scottish Highlands, is a great example of somewhere to see wildlife both native to the area (historically) and from similar climes elsewhere in the world.

I have mixed feelings about zoos and wildlife parks, in an ideal world there'd be no need for them - but as long as there is I will support the operation of those with a solid conservation agenda, which this place definitely appears to have as a high priority.
